Flemington Track Manager, Liam O'Keeffe, discusses how the track will run for Saturday's 2025 Howden Victoria Derby Day.

Track: currently rated a Good 4. 

Conditions:  Track is great condition after the TAB Turnbull Stakes day early October. Showers predicted for Friday afternoon from 1-10ml. If at the lower end, should kick off with a GOOD 4 Saturday, potentially up to a GOOD 3 if the forecasted humid weather stays. 

Running Predictions: For the straight course races, horses are likely to use the middle to outside of the course. The bend races will hold the rail and utilise the inside of the track.
