Today marked the first day of the Members On-Sale for our dining venues, with an incredible response from our members.
From 10am our three dining venues in The Grandstand; The Atrium Tiered, The Atrium Flat and The Peak opened for sale, with The Atrium Tiered and The Atrium Flat sold out within the first hour for Penfolds Victoria Derby Day. Limited tickets are still available for The Peak.
At 2pm, our Club Stand dining venues; The Byerley, The Dining Room and Straight Six, opened for sale. Tickets also sold out within the first hour for these dining venues for Penfolds Victoria Derby Day.
The utilisation of the Ticketmaster Smart Queue functionality provided a fair and equitable process for all members when securing their tickets.
Ticketmaster Smart Queue allows members to visit the Ticketmaster webpage for their preferred option up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled on-sale time to join the waiting room. Members are randomly allocated a place in the queue and subsequently provided access to secure their tickets depending on their place in the queue once tickets are on-sale.
We have scheduled the Members Carnival On-Sale time and dates by product and race day to give all members equal access and opportunity to purchase their preferred location.
On Thursday 8 September, the next on-sale will commence with Grandstand Dining venues for Lexus Melbourne Cup Day from 10am, with The Club Stand dining venues; The Byerley, The Dining Room and Straight Six on-sale from 2pm the same day.
