Tricky race to finish the day. Loved the return of SOFT LOVE (13) in the Alinghi Stakes. She got a long way back there but ripped home to just miss and drops 2kg off that. She's clearly come back well and might just have a bit more to come against these exposed mares. GENEROSITY (6) was heavily supported to win the G3 Sydney Stakes last time but just got too far back from the wide gate. The run prior behind Joliestar and Briasa clearly reads very well for this. SHE'S BULLETPROOF (3) had an issue after her first up failure but bounced back to lead all the way in the G3 Northwood Plume. Would prefer her around a bend but she's a good mare who takes catching. ARABIAN SUMMER (2) was a touch disappointing last time in the G2 Caulfield Sprint when fourth but is classy on her day and is suited back to mare's grade. STRETAN ANGEL (5) found form to win the Alinghi last time and may be able to go on with it now.
